Problems with new account

Hey I registered with Heliohost yesterday at 8:30am (8:30am GNT UK), 24 hours have passed and I can still not access cPanel throught the URL I retreived in my installiation email. I've never created a website on a free web hosting server like this before, although I can type HTML PHP MySQL etc.

 

I also have problems loading the Heliohost Home page from my home internet connection, it only occasionally works, the rest of the time I get errors saying I cannot connect to the server, although I knew the servers were working at that time because my freinds could access it from their home internet connnections.

Been 24 hours since djbobs 24 hour promise, still not working,

 

and I still cn't access http://www.heliohost.org/home/ from my home internet connection, grr plz help with either of my problems

this is surpost to be the best free web host on the web, might give it another 24 hours then i'll probs try another site,
