I got a e-mail that said that my hosting account at HelioHost has been installed,But i can't sign in cpanel yet do i have to wait till i get my account validation to sign in?

still can not get in cpanel 5 days later

You can not get into cpanel meaning:

 

1. The browser shows an invalid link/error message? OR;

2. The login control shows but you have error logging in?

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

 

and thats on my website and cpanel,I have no problem with any other site

When that happened to me, I asked djbob to delete my user and I re-registered.

Turns out there was an error in the account creation daemon. I have fixed it and put the daemon on full throttle. Hopefully, all accounts should be validated soon
