ASP.NET Error: "Cannot find type index"?

When I get to the main page of my site, I get an error. I've tried to fix this a dozen times but it just popped up out of the blue. I have no reason why. I did add Windows Live to work with my account just recently though. Although, I think the problem has existed before I did that. Anyway, I'm getting an error that's saying it can't find the main page or something. Can anyone help me on this problem?
