steven10 Posted November 14, 2019 Posted November 14, 2019 hello, I have a question regarding donations, I understand that the minimum donation is $ 1 dollar and if it is made for less than $ 1 dollar the donation is revealed due to commissions. If I have exactly $ 1 dollar balance in my paypal account, can I make the donation correctly? If my account is not verified (I don't have an associated payment method or credit card), can I make the donation ?
