website down intermittently

Since I have started using this service a few days ago, I have found that there are some periods during the day the I can not access my site. I get message on FireFox about the connection being interupted or something similar, IE is the same. What was strange was that during this time I was still able to access the MySQL databases remotely.

 

Am I missing something?
