Account Error: "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]"

sometimes I see an error when I'm logged onto c panel it said "[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]"

 

when I click on that it gives e a full description:

on my end everything works fine. but maybe you'll find something useful in it. usually when i do something and come back its gone. i don't think it is important but with all the trouble you've had with the server it may help?

It's in BOLD and RED. How obvious do I have to be?

 

Anyways, how often does this happen?
