Post Rewards?

I have seen in one post, or somewhere that if you post 400 times you get a domain name? Is this true, and if so is there a list of any other rewards that you can recieve. Also, is there a page that states information about this?

Thank you very much djbob, as for the wizard, I would have searched the site, but only hearing it once and with the hardware problems of helio host, I have not had such an opportunity to do such a search. Sorry for the simple question, I do apologize.
