You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel.>> Please advise. It is known to have high usage and Ricky at the moment is still experiencing higher load. This could be why you are unable to load your site. BlueyEmperor Posted September 27, 2019 Share Posted September 27, 2019 Users previously on Tommy are in the process of receiving invites. All you need to do is wait for an email. If you used the same email to sign up on Ricky as Tommy, you will be transferred. Otherwise if you didn’t, you can request for your Ricky account to be moved once you get the invite.
