I was trying to add this Addon domain to a new account on Ricky but the this error message showed up:

(XID k835h6) A DNS entry for “etca.com.ve” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

Could you please remove the DNS entry for my domain etca.com.ve , which is on Tommy?
