Move domain from Tommy

Hi

I had a domain which was hosted on Tommy. I'd like to get my web site running again, so I've just tried to create an account on another server (I forget which - it was the only one I was given the option for).

Old account: thimk
Old domain: thimk.info
New account: thimk
Requested domain: thimk.heliohost.org

If everything goes fine, I'd then like to upload the data from my backups to the new server, and redirect my "old domain" to point to the new server.

What should I do to move the domain across?
