I have downloaded the automatic backup from Tommy for username "peakwest" and would like to request a move to another server.

Thanks, I got the invite to Ricky and can see my site on the internet, but when I login to Heliohost and click on C Panel I get a server not found error.

That’s because our users from Tommy are moving to Ricky and restored their backup files. That’s why Ricky Server is over high.
