Help with postgre sql backup from Tommy needed

My ricky username if needed is bbird1.
I tried to restore my postgre database file (.sql) from Tommy through phpPgAdmin.

I created the database with same name like the database from which I have the sql backup.
When I upload the .sql file in the sql script section, It says that no server was chosen.

Can you help me with restoring the database in Ricky?
I loaded the file to the home dir.
Could you also explain me how to do it on my own ?
