Yes, it is possible to configure a MySQL database with HelioHost. 

 

The MySQL® Database Wizard can be found in the Databases group of your cPanel. This section is the second group of controls in your cPanel (provided your haven't rearranged the groups yourself). This wizard will guide you through the steps necessary to configure a MySQL database. 

 

If you need to configure remote access to your database you will need to visit the Remote MySQL® page which can be found in the same cPanel group.
