zaldivar Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 Hi, I just opened an account on HelioHost (Tommy). I was looking on using the name zaldivar but it was not available, so I went with jzaldiva. At the end of the registration; i was informed I already had a support (HelioNet) account with the name zaldivar and my email. So I'm thinking that's the reason I couldn't use zaldivar as my username as intended. I understand that to change the user account at HelioHost, this account's name needs to be changed (it can be changed back once the account on HelioHost is created), and the account at HelioHost needs to be deleted, and a new one needs to be created. Would I need a new invite or can I use the one I have? Thanks in advance. Regards,
Byron Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 You would need a new invite after you've deleted your account. http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete I'll change your helionet user name so you can signup with that name: zaldivar Let us know when you've deleted the old account and we'll send you a new invite. Once the account is created, post back and we'll change your helionet username back.
