The problem is not so clear for me. Do you mean that my choice for ".net" is the problem. Was it better to choose for "heliohost.org"? Can you fix this problem?

It means that you would already need to own the domain "vito.net" in order to use our hosting. Otherwise you would either need to purchase the domain, or use the .heliohost.org subdomain.

I have deleted your old account. Sign up again, making sure you only pick a TLD if you own it.

I haven't received an E-mail for the account vitodata. Did I do anything wrong? please let me know.

 

Maybe, the spam filter of my e-mail provider is blokking him? To be sure, I disabled my spamfilter now.
