Bulletin Board

Today I tried to create a bulletin board using the cpanel (site software) and it gives me this message ..

I tried looking for answers from the tutorials but failed in vain. Do you think you could point me in the right direction?

What does this mean? Do I have to upload the phpbb software and then do it or what?

Try it from Fantastico.

i installed the package from the phpBB website though since fantastico offers 2.0 and i wanted 3.0
