Heliosaur Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Good day to all at Helionet.org. I signed up for a web hosting account a couple of days ago, and from browsing through the topics on this board, realize it will take a few days to activate the account. My only question is about the e-mail I recieved after creating the account. The e-mail had no content and was from no-reply@heliohost.org. Was this just a test e-mail to verify that the mail account was legitimate? If so, I just wanted to make sure no administrators were waiting on something back from me. Look forward to setting up a website with your hosting service. I've read many great reviews about HelioHost. Thanks for your time. Edit: Almost forgot the account I created is called www.dynasty30.helionet.org Thanks again.
Trippin Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Yea don't worry about that email, it's basically just to let you know that the system received your request. Just notifying you about that. Wait a couple more days and djbob will get to you. Oh and welcome to Heliohost!
Heliosaur Posted June 16, 2008 Author Posted June 16, 2008 Perfect. Thanks for the response and for the greetings Trippin.
ShannenName Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 The no-reply@heliohost.org email address is called that so you don't reply to it because that email usually isn't monitored as there are different email address's for support
Ashoat Posted June 17, 2008 Posted June 17, 2008 Great, I thought I fixed that. I'll try fixing it (again) when I get home.
