install file delected in public_html

I'm noob in Joomla, OpenCart etc and delete the default home directory installation folder public_html.

And I do not have the back up of it. can you help me? Thank you

Thank you for your support. I have seen that there has been an update of the Tommy server, however the pubic_html installation folder still remains the same. Does not show the installation folder.
