Account not yet activated, normal ?

Thanks to be able to use a free hosting supporting php and sql

 

I requested my account at 01/05 @ 23:09 (local Belgium time)

 

Is it normal that it is still not activated after almost a week ?

 

Username: BartDP

Domain: rent-a-switch.heliohost.org

No; your account would have been activated by now. You probably broke one of our rules. Did you read the big, bolded red text at the signup page?

Yes, I did, as far as I remember a have read everything.

 

I have received my "Hosting account installed" email on 01/05 :

 

"Dear BartDP,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has been installed. Here is your account information: " .....

"Please note that you may have to wait for account validation before your account becomes active. If this is so, you will see a suspended message on your domain until validation."

 

But stil not able to logon on cpanel.

When you're logging into cpanal, type in your username in all lower case, that should solve the problem.

The database shows your account as active and activated. Wizard is probably right.
