Jaded Catalyst Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 I have had a heliohost account before, so I know that it takes a bit of time for a new account to be activated. I know that you're supposed to see a suspension message on your site while you're still waiting. The problem is that I see a different message instead. Index of / cgi-bin/ Apache/2.2.6 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.6 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_mono/1.2.4 mod_bwlimited/1.4 mod_perl/2.0.3 Perl/v5.8.7 Server at jadedcatalyst.heliohost.org Port 80 My cPanel username and password do not work yet, so I'm assuming that my account hasn't been activated. Is the message something I should be worrying about or am I just paranoid or something? My website URL is: http://jadedcatalyst.heliohost.org Thanks! -JC
Ashoat Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 That message means your account has been activated. Try logging with your username in lowercase letters. You say you have made an account here before... you only have one active account, right? We don't allow multiple accounts at the same time, and we auto-delete duplicates. That said, your account seems to have been validated, so you're probably fine.
Jaded Catalyst Posted April 25, 2008 Author Posted April 25, 2008 I got it. Thanks. As for that previous account, it's long gone. I haven't touched it in well over a year now and it was under a different email and everything. Thanks for the help. =^^= -JC
