Wizard Posted April 12, 2008 Share Posted April 12, 2008 I can't seem to get IMAP working, what are the settings for it? port, etc. SMTP is having trouble too. Maybe I'm just not getting how to set this up. I'm using Kmail as a client, any help would be appreciated. Ashoat Posted April 13, 2008 Share Posted April 13, 2008 Incoming Mail Server: mail.heliohost.org Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) mail.heliohost.org Outgoing Mail Server: mail.heliohost.org (server requires authentication) port 25 Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) mail.heliohost.org (server requires authentication) port 465 In case you had already checked cPanel and it wasn't working (which you should've done, BTW), I've restarted the service; see if it works now. I did check beforehand, and thanks for restarting it I can get POP3 working fine, I just am having issues with IMAP. I keep getting the 'unknown host' error.
