Cant login to my account

I have a problem to login to my account, maybe the same issue as here

Can you check ? 

My user is zelenko, I would like to create new account on a new server ( as I understand I was on server that is down at the moment )

Any chance to recreate my account on other server ?

You can do it yourself! But the admins will have to release your email... Make sure to get your backup here
