Same problem as many others here...

I'm registering for a domain with eu.org. I've found the nameservers I need to use (ns3.heliohost.org and ns4.heliohost.org) and can't seem to figure out what's going on. I've added the domain under addon domains in CPanel, and this is what eu.org gives me:

It seems that djbob has to do something, but I don't know... Any help?

Hmmm... try creating a new account with that domain name and see if that helps.

I can't sign up with it, the only domains availible to sign up with are .com, .org and .net. I tried selecting .org and typing in destructo.ca.eu as the prefix, but thst didn't work.

The DNS zone is setup and pointing and detecting correctly. Are you sure that your domain registrar is not at fault? I can't find the registrar for ca.eu.org, to be honest - could you point me to the URL?

The registrar should be http://eu.org. They're non-profit, and say that they don't provide support though.

Hmmm... can you point me to the URL where you did the "DNS Query" in your first post?

http://www.eu.org/form_n.html is where you fill everything out, and it automatically brings you here: http://www.eu.org/cgi-bin/nph-dnsreq. I believe it is a problem with them now though, because I tried it with a different host, and got the same thing.
