Master Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Well, I've been using HelioHost for a while now, but I've noticed a few things... 1) My subdomain, xc.masterxc.net, does not resolve like it's supposed to. It used to work, but even DNSReports state their's no NS record for it. I've tried re-adding the subdomain via cPanel, and it still fails to work for some people (I can access it fine...probably because it's cached). However, my primary domain (masterxc.net) works perfectly fine. 2) Bandwidth meter is always at 0, regardless of what kind of traffic I do. My site's finally active with people using the forums (although the DNS not resolving is causing problems) so there is HTTP traffic, but reports and such fail to work at all. 3) cPanel takes an annoyingly long time to load. It took almost 10 MINUTES for it to come up. The server load was ~12 at that time. 4) Periodically my site would disappear off the web...timeouts and 404 errors all over the place. Once HelioHost was even gone...possibly a problem with the DNS server. Yes, my domain's parked here and working fine. It's just the subdomains that are screwing up.
ShannenName Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 Your sub-domain works fine for me but I will empty my cache and try over the next few days if it helps...
