Bought. Not.

I just bought the 250 helions hosting plan, and I tried to fill out the username field, but it wouldn't work. (Something about no instances, so use your control panel name.) So I clicked back, and filled in infinity, and clicked signup, but it then said that I didn't have the item anymore, and I checked my inventory, and it was gone. Help!

What was supposed to be the name of the site?

Did you check to see if it actually went through?

I didn't even get to the part to name the site...

I clicked renew first, and it didn't work, so I went back and clicked new then the "Item not available" happened.

It appears that you use the item regardless whether or not you specify valid information. It seems to be a bug that occurs with a lot of IPB store items. I think the bought items are logged somehow so you might be able to get the hosting, but I'm not sure.

The very same thing happened to me! Of course, it's not too much trouble to get more points, but I have all my site codes and everything ready...

Oh, and if it icontributes to solving the problem at all, I was trying to register a new domain...

You're just supposed to send that item to me. In fact, it is impossible to "use" it... are you sure you were registering a domain?
