euler Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 ifastnet, a good server for ASPnet apache, and Helionet!
Ddraiggoch06 Posted November 9, 2007 Posted November 9, 2007 It's very hard to find a free web host which offers ASP.NET, I think the only good one I have come across is HeiloHost.
Kelso Posted November 10, 2007 Posted November 10, 2007 Yeah. You should code in open-source languages like Ruby on Rails, PHP, CGI, etc.
multipleoranges45 Posted November 17, 2007 Posted November 17, 2007 i want to ask a question to you guys that which is the Best free web host for ASP.NET?????? Help me out on this topic.... Well, there's obviously HelioHost, also there's Brinkster (http://www.brinkster.com) which offers a good package (called Developer Package) with a decent amount of webspace. Apparently the server has recently gone 'all funny' according to one of my friends who uses it a lot (i.e. slowed down), and also do bear in mind that it deletes your account if you don't sign in for 6 months, as happened to me.
rct Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 QSH is a good host. You get your own ftp account and sql database. All the web address are www. ... .qsh.eu or .es
ShannenName Posted January 21, 2008 Posted January 21, 2008 I don't think HelioHost supports asp.net I think http://www.x10hosting.com/ would be the best asp.net host as it supports many other languages has lots of space and plenty of bandwidth Also I don't think this host supports asp.net it is still good I think PremiumWebServices
foxxyD Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 X10hosting is pretty decent, from what I've heard. I'm almost positive they offer .NET hosting, which is really odd because they've never offered ASP classic. They have PHP, but no classic. A lot of my web developer friends use them and swear by them religiously. A business partner and I use brinkster, and it's also pretty decent... but it really depends on the scope of your project. If you need tons of bandwidth, obviously a paid service will be a necessity somewhere down the line. But now I'm ranting. The point I'm trying to make is, "x10 good."
JcX Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 but x10hosting registration is too fluffy till makes me quit. afterall, i would prefer PHP hosting and unrestricted PHP mail function, safe mode OFF which is all provided by heliohost.org just one problem, HD space is rather small for my business plan (150MB)
spoonbeater8p Posted April 30, 2008 Posted April 30, 2008 i think x10 hosting supports asp.net and there good, try them.
JcX Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 Now Heliohost supports ASP.NET Can try for your page to function and loves it!
MYSTi Posted May 25, 2008 Posted May 25, 2008 ya, Heliohost supports asp.net!! while x10hosting doesnot support asp.net. it supports asp3.0
