Amoss Posted September 23, 2017 Posted September 23, 2017 Hi I just got an email that my account was inactive and therefore is closed.I already regain access but I was wondering why my account was inactive even though I connected to cpanel using port 2083 as instructed. One thing is that I connected to cpanel when working with phpmyadmin and my session timed out. It forces me to re-login to cpanel again using 2083, maybe this is the case? Please adviceThanks!
sagnik Posted September 23, 2017 Posted September 23, 2017 To prevent your account to be suspended due to inactivity, you must have to login to your account at least once in a month through https://www.heliohost.org/login staying logged in from cpanel.yourdomain.com is not enough. I don't know why your account had suspended, but if your account was suspended due to inactivity then you can renew your account from https://www.heliohost.org/renew. Otherwise, the heliohost admins will definitely solve your problem. Secondly, if you've been forced to be logged out from cpanel, it may be because your external ip gets changed. You can view your IP at, http://www.whatsmyip.org/.
Amoss Posted September 23, 2017 Author Posted September 23, 2017 Thanks I already gained access to my account. I guess you already answered my question, I didn't login to my account using https://www.heliohost.org/login , I only logged in to cpanel because I thought it was enough. Thanks
