Have the server updates affected wether i can put the following info in a .htaccess file and run it correctly:

</FilesMatch>

 

i am implementing a dynamic signature, if the above code is not generally allowed can i apply for an exception?

No exceptions are possible. You can try that configuration and see if it works. That is not PHP configuration, however, so it should be fine.
