formulac Posted August 20, 2017 Share Posted August 20, 2017 I followed the instructions for moving my website from johnny to tommy 1- I deleted my account on johnny which was with the username: omarzakwhich was associated with the domain (formula-cu.com) 2- I created a new account on tommy with this username: formulacwhich was associated with the domain (formula-cu.heliohost.org) 3- I wanted to change my primary domain on the new username (formulac)to the domain (formula-cu.com) but what I get is 1- (formula-cu.com) gives me that my account was suspended2- primary domain on formulac is still the same and it didn't change3- i can't even add (formula-cu.com) as addon domain on the account (formulac) what should I do, please?
