I would like custom ad placement for my board,I think it would be better for my board that way. And Have decided to use this plan because its most efficient , And because it'll help more, I also want to start a great community and forum for people to come to.

You need to have a better reason than that. Custom ad placement is granted because an applicaton is incompatible with our auto ad placement, not because you have aesthetic concerns.
