Van Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 I didn't see Transformers but I did see Spiderman 3. However I didn't like it. I like sci-fi super hero stuff and I like fantasy. But I didn't like it because Spiderman 3 stepped out of plausibility. He got bit by a spider and got his super powers, I'm okay with that. The green goblin became ill and evil and built most everything that made him special, fine. But giant sand monster, seriously? I'm not actually familiar with the original Spiderman comic books, but was the giant sandman character ever in? If not, then Spiderman may be changed in my eyes forever more. Or at least the writers for the movie - ArceRC - Van
kyle Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 The sandman was most likely in the comics. The creators of Spider Man wanted most of the characters in the comics in the movies. I will have to agree that there was a lot of characters in the last movie and that just made it dumb. The green goblin becoming all nice, it takes time for someone to be nice and not just in one movie. Also, I didn't quite get the purpose of the SandMan...
teh silly Posted February 18, 2008 Posted February 18, 2008 Transformers hands down. Spiderman was teh silly. And nobody called in alpha zulu tango vector parabola (ok, now I'm just making stuff up).
awesomegamer Posted February 18, 2008 Posted February 18, 2008 Oh I don't know, not much of a comic book reader, at all. I just like to keep Sci-Fi Heroes and Fantasy Heroes separate.
