[Solved] Stevie Backup Zip Empty?

Hi

 

So I have been trying to download the backup for my site that was on Stevie, and every time the .zip is completely empty. Please let me know if there is a work around to this. Also, my site was working perfectly fine on Stevie before it crashed, and now I am left without a server since Tommy is full anytime I check. I would love to donate and get my invite but unfortunately I'm a broke college student right now.

server Tommy is open for new accounts each day at midnight UTC - today it was open for about one hour
