Unable To Delete Account From Stevie

Can someone help me, I can't delete my account from Stevie server, when I key in my username and pw in heliohost account deletion page. I always get the message below.

 

You did not enter the correct password. Please click the back button and try again.

 

Highly appreciate if someone could help.

server Stevie is down (off line) you do not have access to it

 

post the user name and any domains you want to delete from server Stevie and a Admin will do it for you
