Fernop Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 Hello, I accidentally deleted at least half of the "public_html" folder in the FTP by accident, now when I install a script I go to the admin CP and it just shows a blank page, is it possible that you guys could restore my site, just reinstall it or something? I added my own site design though FTP but it did not work so I deleted it, but I did not realize it was still on delete when I click the "public_html" folder and even before I realized it was deleting the folder, so I left it deleting for a few seconds because I was not thinking. Please get back to me soon, Thanks and Sorry, Daniel - Fernop
awesomegamer Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 if they cannot reinstall let us know, one of us could always give you a backup of the important files from our account. Unless they are specific to our account...

Ashoat Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 We can kill your old account and let you create a new account with the same domain. Does that sound good?
Fernop Posted July 14, 2007 Author Posted July 14, 2007 Yes that will be fine, please let me know when you guys have killed it.
Ashoat Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 I'll need you to PM me the account username, domain, and email associated with the account for verification purposes.
