[Solved] Suspended: Tchesoen

Hi,

 

I cant login to my account on Stevie and I am not sure if it is a server problem or whether my account was suspended. If the problem is on the server, is it possible that i retrieve backup of my files so that i can move my account to johnny?

server Stevie's repairs are months away - they are saying "late January or February" - and when they are made your account will be gone from it

 

server Stevie's current backups (if any) are at --> [ https://heliohost.org/backup/ ]

 

however they only contain a backup (if any) of your [ /public_html ] folder

the backup was created by a (automatic) script - but Stevie's hard drives are very damaged so all of your information (files and databases) might not be in it

if you had a folder(s) outside of [ public_html ] (e.g addon domain) - post it here and the Admins will look for the next time they work on server Stevie

 

The backup retrieval at [ https://www.heliohost.org/backup/ ] requires you to enter the email address originally used to sign up - A link will then be Emailed to that address to download it - If you have trouble - or do not receive the link - or the link you receive does not work - post back here so the Admins can look into the issue and add you to the manual recovery list if necessary.

 

if you need your domain(s) and/or user name removed from server Stevie so it can be used with a new account on a new server - post it here

 

For server Johnny - just sign up at [ https://www.heliohost.org/signup/ ] - a limited number of free registrations open most every night at midnight UTC and are used quickly (currently in about two hours or less)

check if they are open - and server Johnny is up - at --> [ http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ ]

check when signups might be available - at --> [ http://bybyron.net/helio/sign-up.php ]
