Can I Have Filesystem Backup For "jimbo1Qa" Account?

So Heliohost Stevie has been down for a few weeks now, and I need the files stored there. Can I have a filesystem archive/backup for my "jimbo1qa" account? (Databases optional, though I don't know if I have any)
