RRHOA2 Posted December 10, 2016 Share Posted December 10, 2016 I would like to move RainbowRidge.heliohost.org from Stevie to Johnny.My User Name is: rrhoa I tried following the instructions on "Moving Your Account" but received an error message at Step 2 when requesting an account deletion: "You did not enter the correct password. Please click the back button and try again." I tried twice and received the same message. I know the password is correct as it's the same one I used to login to this forum. Is it necessary to delete the Stevie account to create a Johnny account? I don't use any of the extra features that Johnny provides and am happy to stay with Stevie once he is restored. Byron Posted December 11, 2016 Share Posted December 11, 2016 Ok you should be able to signup on Johnny with your same username and domain name that was on Stevie as soon as signups are available.Would you like us to rename your forum username so you can use RRHOA as your cpanel username again? The signup page indicates that Johnny has unlimited daily signups. Has that changed as a result of the Stevie crash, and if so, when will signups be available? Thank you.
