I want to analys my robots.txt via yandex and google webmaster tool, but I receive message: Server returns HTTP code 404 (expected code 200). my site is smartdeal.pp.ua

I answered your question via facebook and at that time, your domain wasn't showing a robots.txt file. It's showing one now:
