500 Internal Server Error

Hi heliohost,

I really appreciate the kindness for allowing us to host freely here.

 

I am having a little bit of issue,

 

host name : zengvee.heliohost.org

server : stevie

 

I encountered random 500 Internal Server Error today.

 

Here are the tasks I did today :

1. I registered new .tk domain, http://www.find10.tk
3. Added it as alias in cpanel.
5. I browse through Softaculous Apps Installer and found e107 under Portals/CMS.
7. I tried to install through Softaculous but failed, it said .htaccess file might be the issue that prevent the installation.
9. I went to Cpanel File Manager and delete .htaccess file.
11. Rerun the installation script, still failed, it said error with domain, unrecognized domain. I tried it with zengvee.heliohost.org , no luck too.
13. I downloaded e107_2.1.1_full.tar.gz from http://e107.org/get-started and sftp upload them and extract it in public_html.
15. Followed the installation instructions and I got e107 setup OK.
17. Cleared my browser cache.
19. Reload, I got 500 Internal Server Error
21. Reload another few minutes, http://zengvee.heliohost.org loaded fine with new e107 php script.
23. Reload a few more minutes, I faced 500 Internal Server Error again.

No idea what really caused it, please inform me know if it was some sort of errors on my site. Thank you.
