Error Establishing A Database Connection

Can you check my database to see if it's ok.

I can't access it through phpmyadmin, it just goes to a blank page once I log in.

 

In mysql databases it shows as "The MySQL server is currently offline."

Ok I fixed it by doing the "delete, recreate, and reassign permissions for your database users" thing mentioned under "News" in the control panel main page.
