[Solved] Cannot Access Account.

Hi. I cannot access my account. The webpage chough.heliohost.org comes up with an "Account Suspended" page. When I follow the link to reactivate, I get a message telling me the account is not inactive.

If I try to log in to cpanel I get an "invalid Login" message.

When I request a password reset, I enter the reset code and just get another request to enter the code, and then another, and so on.

What do I do now?
