HelioHost Posted August 6, 2016 Posted August 6, 2016 Heliohost is going to be restarting our inactivity suspensions soon. You may recall that at the beginning of July we had some downtime on our main site http://heliohost.org/ Since it wasn't possible for people to renew their accounts during this downtime the Heliohost admins disabled the inactivity detection meaning that all accounts will stay active. It has now been almost a full month since we disabled inactivity suspensions and as you can see on our server monitor load on Stevie is starting to get pretty high. There has even been a few high load related downtimes for a few minutes here and there. In order to get Stevie's load back under control we will need to start suspending inactive accounts again. This is your warning. We will be suspending inactive accounts starting again in a few days. Please don't forget to log in to your account by going to http://heliohost.org/ at least once every 30 days to keep your account active. If you forget to log in you can reactivate your account by going to http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew
