how will my web link look

Dear admin,

 

I am the owner of the following account: powerblogbuilder.heliohost.org

 

I created a folder called BLOGS and uploaded some scripts in this folder. Under BLOGS dire tory I created another folder(ADMIN and uploadesd some scripts too here and finally created another directory under ADMIN folder. Now I want To browse to a script in the last folder and I did the way I have been doing it withn www.yourdomain.com kind of domain. This is what I mean I typed :powerblogbuilder.heliohost.org/blogs/admin/install, i type this link in my brower but no page was loaded. Is there a special way to browse to my INSTALL folder because I my domain is a subdomain? if it is please show mw how?

Did you upload into the "public_html" folder?
