Ad Replacement Request

I asked on the forum if anyone knew why my phpBB2 forum wasn't working, and djbob suggested custom ad placement...=X

 

By the way - if the main page had a side frame with the ad, and the other pages themselves didn't actually have the ad, would that be alright? (My visitors would all be visiting my main page.)

The whole web of links from your main page must be covered. What that means is that if you have a link from your main page, it must have the ads too. And if you have a link from that page, it must have ads too.

oh...cause I'm not sure if I know how to add those ads to each page of my phpBB forum...maybe I'll just save up helions and get the ad-free hosting...i can pay 250 to do that to my existing domain, right?

Yes. I'm not sure how PHPBB works, but I know IPB offers template modifying in the ACP.

gah the forum still doesnt work...but nevermind me for now. i just recreated everything...and its working for now.

 

btw...could you update the phpbb version? the one with cpanel isnt the newest one, and when i try to update it i get that ad problem...
