Resend email with info about my account

Hi everyone!

 

I signup for a Helio account last week and now I am able to access to my Cpanel and everything seems to work fine. But I have never received an email with the information about my account, how to access FTP, Urls to access Cpanel, statistics, ... the kind of information necessary to use this awesome hosting. I suppose this email has been missing, so is there any way to receive this email again?

No, but you should have recieved it. Did you enter the correct email when signing up? Did you check your junk mail folder? cPanel login is yoursite.com/cpanel. For instance, if your domain is bob.heliohost.org, then your cPanel URL is bob.heliohost.org/cpanel.

Yes I typed a correct email address, but, for example, 1st time I login in CPanel it ask me for an email address for my profile. I suppose this is not normal.

Yes but there isn't any mail.

 

cPanel login is yoursite.com/cpanel. For instance, if your domain is bob.heliohost.org, then your cPanel URL is bob.heliohost.org/cpanel.

Thank you, I know this. But, is there any more information sended in that email (way to acces ftp, stats, ...)?

FTP is accessed ftp://yoursite.com, with the same username/password you use to login to cPanel. You can create new FTP accounts in cPanel if you want. As for statistics, those are viewable in cPanel.
