HelioHost Posted July 16, 2016 Posted July 16, 2016 Due to the hardware failure we lost some of our main accounts database information. What this means to users is that some of the Stevie accounts that are currently inactive will not be able to use the renew script to reactivate their account. If your site is showing a suspended for inactivity page, and the renew script says that your account is already active, and you can't reset your password please open a support ticket on our forums http://helionet.org/ or get in touch with us through social media and a support admin will be able to manually reactivate your account for you. Thanks for your patience and understanding following this major unexpected hardware failure.
