Hi Guys from support! I don´t know if i´m in right place, but lets go.

 

I´m trying recovery my acess to cpane.

 

I put my login, click in forget password, received my autentication code in my e-mail, but when i put the autentication code nothing happend.

 

I click in the link received but doesn´t work too.

Your account is showing as inactive. You need to login to your cpanel at least once a month. Go here and reactivate your account and then try to login with your original password.
