Cpanel Timing Out

For some reason, my cPanel suddenly started moving slowly. Normally, on my school-owned laptop using school-owned WiFi (both heavily censored), I have no problems. But today, I couldn't sign in because the connection kept timing out. I tried to log in on my phone, using data, but it didn't even load the page. What might be the problem?

The server may had a load spike, causing to be slower.

What is the server that you are on?
