Django Internal Error Part 2 Requesting Help

I know that there was a previous post asking this question and I've read that post but it did not help. I followed the http://www.heliohost.org/home/features/languages/python. I made sure that I've changed all permissions (as required in the guide). I even tried the try except block in the wiki but I'm not sure how I can read the output. I don't see the error in the html header.
