Response: 421 Too Many Connections (4) From This Ip

I am trying to ftp into my site to update it, but I received this error about half way through and am now unable to work on my site. I tried going into ftp session management, but there are no connections.

Most likely your IP got banned for to many connections.

 

Please post the following information:

• Your cPanel username
  
• Your main domain
  
• The server that you are on
